The Qingdao Sailing Business Management Center（ “the Center” for short as follow），founded in early 2010，is approved by the city governmentg according to the no. 22 document (2009). The Center is mainly responsible for organizing, managing and developing work; it also works as a tool to robust and popularize sailing games. To exchange and cooperate with other organization with the hope of organizing different kinds of sailing games is also the Center’s duty. According to different part of work, the Center can divide into the general department, competition & mass sports department , international department and developing department.
