    Long time no see! These days, we do nothing but gybing and spinnaker changing, from light(C1) to medium(C2), back and forth, attampt to get a little tiny higher speed. NOW we are in 15.55.189N, 99.28.217W.The only thing I wanna say, is hot, hot, hot.

    好久不见了，这些天我们不断的顺风转向，在小号球帆和中号球帆之间频繁的更换球帆，为了尽可能的跑的快一些。目前我们所处的位置非常非常炎热。

    Three days ago, wind craps out and we did a first gybe, and our position camp up to the second place steadly. From then, we played games with breeze and kite,spending all day long on hoisting and lowering,wraping the sail up.

    三天前，风力比较好，我们赶超到了第二位，从那以后我们巩固了第二名的优势，每天都不停的升帆，降帆。

    and put them into the sail bag. It is a boring task, especially in such a hot weather. There are more dolphins, turtoises, ganets, flying fish appearing, except wind. Waves seems calm down and fall asleep. The next three days if this condition continues, we have to stop the race and moter to Panama.

    把帆收好放进帆袋里，非常无聊，特别是再炎热的天气里。目前能看到很多的海豚，海龟和飞鱼出现在周围，而风和浪平静的好像进入了沉睡一般。接下来的3天，如果继续是这样的情况，我们需要停止比赛，机动进入巴拿巴。

    Yesterday I do mother watch with Les. Interesting. I will describe it in detail later since English words can not express my Chinese feeling precisely... And I cooked cabbage into Sichuan flavor with limited Chinese seasonings, to my surprise, quite yummy! Everybody gave an frankly endless compliment to this fantastic experiment. Actually I have cooked no more than ten times in my life before...seems everyone in China can cook!

    昨天，我和赖斯一起做mother watch，非常有趣。我将在以后的日志中详细介绍。因为英语不足以精确的表达出我全部的感受。我做辣炒大头菜，为大家的饭菜中增加了中国口味。每个人吃的都很满意，其实平时我自己做饭的次数都能数过来，不过在外国人眼中似乎每个中国人都会做饭。

    Yesterday evening news came that two boats met some accidents, but it made little impect on us. However, this morning, Team Jamaica sailed ahead of us after a stealth mode. But we still in the third. A little depressed. Seems time to go back to trim the sail...

    昨天晚上传来消息，两艘船遇到了事故，但是对我们影响不到，然而今天早场，牙买加号超越了我们。我们目前处在第三名，又要开始换帆了。。。
