On the afternoon of 18th April, Qingdao International Sailing Week Organizing Committee and ZhongShi Sports & Entertainment Limited Company had a meeting on the planning of 2010 Olympic Sailing City Mayors and International Sailing Summit Forum at the conference room of Qingdao Sailing Sports Administration. Vice secretary general of Qingdao International Sailing Week Organizing Committee Lin Zhiwei, Deputy Director of Qingdao Convention & Exhibition Office Zhu Yuetao, Vice Inspector of Qingdao Sports Bureau Yuan Zhiping, and Wang Jing, Zhang Qian and An Fuxiu from CCTV Sports Promotion Corporation attended the meeting.

    Both parties expressed their own opinions on forum theme, event planning, event promotion, guest invitation and event quotation. After discussion, the two sides reached the agreement on the schedule and arrangement of Forum. The planning and quotation of the event will then be elaborated and revised in the next step.
