To carry out the activities of Welcome on board popularization of sailing sports, Qingdao Administration Center of Sailing Sports held the coordination meeting on 2010 “Welcome on board” Popularization of Sailing Sports on the morning of June 9th. People from organizations of sailing experience and heads of training organizations participated in the meeting. Lin Zhiwei, chairman of Qingdao Sports Association chaired the meeting.

    Ms. Lin firstly emphasized the highlights and difficulties in carrying out the plan and put forward several viewpoints: 1. Carry out the sailing lecture solidly. The Administration Center is responsible for building an instructor group and helping to carry out the sailing lecture plan on the basis of fully stimulating the enthusiasm of the coaches from sailing clubs; 2. Carry out the training of instructors, using the Manual of Mass Sailing Popularization of Welcome on Board with same training standard and method to guarantee the teaching process and influence; 3. Experience organizations should work closely with the training organizations to make feasible training plans and set up classrooms to guarantee the smooth implementation of the lectures on Welcome on Board mass sailing knowledge; 4. Experience organizations should coordinate with the training organizations, and make feasible experience plans to guarantee the experience activity.

    Staff from Department of Race and Mass Sports of the Sailing Sports Administration Center declared the Implementation Plan of Welcome on Board and explained the specific requirements. The experience organizations met with the training organizations and conducted a negotiation for the details of the arrangement.
