 Amendment to Notice of Race (1)

    Notice of Race clause 10.2 is deleted and replaced with the following:

    10.2 Cash deposit is refundable in full if the boats are undamaged after the Regatta. Otherwise, teams should pay the repairing expenses of the damaged equipment and the amount will be deducted from the equipment deposit. The organizing committee has the right to demand indemnification if the deposit is not sufficient.

    The maximum liability arising out of any one incident is EUR 4000.00
