This summer, 2,500 young students from all the sailing schools of Qingdao will join in summer sailing training, which lasts for one month. It will be located in teenager sailing training bases including the Qingdao Olympic Sailing center, Huiquan Bay, Tangdao Bay of the development zone, and Jiao’nan sea bath.

This training camp will be divided into several periods, with 5 days a period, and about 30 students a class. The training will start from 9 am to 5 pm every day. From the course the students will start from basic knowledge of sailing, and gradually learn the operation skills of sailing, and can participate in group competition in schools.

This summer sailing training camp is jointly held by the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Urban Promotion Association, the Qingdao Municipal Education Bureau, Qingdao Municipal Sports Bureau and Qingdao Municipal Sailing Association
