Zhan Qiao was built in 1982 by the Qing goverment to facilitate the transport of military materials.After a number of rehabilitation and reconstruction,now QingDao Zhan Qiao is 440 meters long and 8 meters wide.It is the witness of history in Qingdao and also the focus of heritage buildings of Qingdao city.As a symbol as well as a very important landmark of Qingdao,Zhan Qiao is the first published national scenic region and also the first national 4A level tourism zone.
