Located in the east of Huiquan and covering an area of 700,000 square meters, “Badaguan Scenic Area”is a well-known view sanitarium in China. There are ten quiet and cool roads here, which are named after eight famous passes. That’s why it is called “Eight Great Passes”. Before liberation, this was a bureaucratic capital villa zone; after liberation, the People’s Government conducted a full renovation of Badaguan to make it one of the important view sanitariums in China. Many of the Party and state leaders as well as important international friends once lived here.
