The heel is real． We are still living at a40 degree angle and everything on board from getting dressed to making food or using the heads becomes a major mission． I think I’m not the only one on board who is kind of over it now and looking forward to a change in wind direction to flatten the boat out．

Besides the heeling we made reasonable good progress over the past24 hours and are heading more or less in the right direction now．1500nm done．3500nm to go． But who is counting．

Most of the fleet is running parallel to us and must experience the same conditions． It is somehow reassuring to know we are not the only ones out here， battling the weather．
