Amendment to the NOR（I）

竞赛通知更改（一）

1．  The co－organizers are deleted and changed to thefollowings：

Co－organizers：

Qingdao Silk Road Sailing Events Management Co．， Ltd（China）；Mokpo Sailing Federation（Korea）；Primorsky Regional SocialOrganization Sailing Federation （Russia）；

协办单位更改为：中国青岛丝绸之路航海赛事管理有限公司；

韩国木浦市帆船协会

俄罗斯滨海边疆地区社会组织帆船协会；

2．  NOR3．4 is deleted and changed to the followings：

Foreach team， there could be9 crews at east and at most9 crews plus1 media crewon board． Each team shall have1 experienced skipper， who’s capable of offshoreracing， at least4 crews who’s experienced offshore racing． CVs of the skipperand crews should be submitted for registration． The5 persons’ （skippers andcrews） qualifications or certificates that must be from MSA China， CYCC Russia，CYA， RYA， and ASA or from other equal organizations should be displayed upon registration．

删除规程3．4并更改为：

每个参赛队最多可报名9名船员和1名媒体船员，最少报9人；每个船队至少有1名舵手具有拉力赛的经历、至少有4名船员具有拉力赛的经历，报名时需提供这5人的航海简历及舵手的资质证明，舵手的资历证明必须是中国海事，俄罗斯CYCC（大帆船船长能力证书），CYA，RYA，ASA等机构认证的资质或其他同等机构认证的资质。
