On July23rd, the Launching Ceremony of the2nd International Top Students Regatta2021 (Qingdao, China) was held at the Media Center of the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center.

As one of the events of the Qingdao International Sailing Week·Qingdao International Marine Festival, this year's regatta will be held at the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center from August to September, with Youth Keelboat Team Racing and Optimist Regatta. This event is open to youth sailing enthusiasts nationwide with the goal of developing into the most popular sailing event for young sailors in China, and is dedicated to promoting the youth sailing popularization.

Recommended by the Qingdao Municipal Sports Bureau and approved by the Chinese Yachting Association, the International Top Students Regatta2021 (Qingdao, China) was officially awarded the CYSR, becoming the first CYSR Silver Medal Event in Shandong Province this year.

International Top Students Regatta2021 (Qingdao, China) is a sailing event focusing on youth groups in Qingdao, which improves the youth sailing event system in Qingdao. The event aims to provide an international sport for young people, to improve their sporting skills and expand their international vision, as well as to develop their leadership, creativity, cooperation, concentration and pioneering spirit, to cultivate international and modern talents, contributing to the the building of the Sailing City.
