Recently, many places in China reported new locally transmitted COVID-19 cases, the epidemic prevention and control situation is serious and complex. Therefore, we must further strengthen the defense line of epidemic prevention and control, resolutely hold the hard-won prevention and control achievements to ensure the safety of the citizens, visitors, sailors, referees, volunteers, staff and other relevant participants. Following the relevant national, provincial and municipal instruction spirit, the 13^th Qingdao International Sailing Week·Qingdao International Marine Festival 2021 was postponed according to the comprehensive study and judgment of the epidemic prevention and control experts group. Subsequently, the event will be held in due course according to the national, provincial and municipal requirements when the epidemic is effectively controlled.
