On the afternoon of September20, the2nd International Top Students Regatta2021 (Optimist Class) came to an end.

The West Coast New Area Yachting Association team won the three championships of Group A, B, and mixed team, the Yachting Association of Shibei District team won the second place in Group A and mixed team, the Laoshan District team won the second place in Group B, the Hainan team won the third place in Group B, and the Qingdao Xuran Club won the third place in Group A and mixed team. Wu Ruoxian, Gao Ziang, and Cao Can from the West Coast New Area Yachting Association won the top three individual awards respectively.

Wang Yong, Head of the Sports Competition Department of Qingdao Sports Development Center, Bai Jianhua, Head of the Qingdao Marine Sports Alliance and other leaders of the Organizing Committee presented awards to the winning sailing teams.

Recommended by the Qingdao Municipal Sports Bureau and approved by the Chinese Yachting Association, the International Top Students Regatta2021 (Qingdao·China) was officially awarded the CYSR, becoming the first CYSR Silver Medal Event in Shandong Province this year.

The International Top Students Regatta aims to provide young people with an international sports event, and make sailing a fashionable sport loved by the majority of young people.
