On July 5, the work meetingon promoting sailing inschools in 2022 was heldin the conference room on the firstfloor of the Swimming Pool of Qingdao Sports Center. At the meeting, acomprehensive plan was made for thework of promoting sailing in schoolsin 2022, covering such aspects assailing practice at sea, teaching sailing knowledge in classrooms, sailingknowledge contests, and sailing training for teachers. The plan has putforward requirements for trainingparticipation, discipline, epidemicprevention and safety. It's stressedthat all districts, schools and trainingunits should clarify their work responsibilities, strengthen safety awareness,enhance training management, decide on the persons in charge, do agood job in student management andsafety and epidemic prevention plansformulation, and constantly improvethe overall level of the program ofpromoting sailing in schools, improvepublicity and strengthen exchanges,to create an opinion atmosphere thatcares about the development of youthsports in the whole society.
