The opening ceremony of the 3rd Qingdao International Youth Regatta 2023 was held on April 15th at the flag square of Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center. As one of the core events of Qingdao International Sailing Week · Qingdao International Marine Festival, the Regatta has been successfully held twice in Qingdao, laying a solid foundation for promoting sailing sports in all walks of life in Qingdao. After two years of cultivation, the event has become the largest youth sailing regatta in China.

After the ceremony, a fleet of teams of young athletes set sail, showcasing a magnificent spectacle of thousands of sails and hundreds of boats racing across the sea in the spectacular Fushan Bay.
